try physically taking out the CMOS battery for a couple of minutes and put it back in

try disabling that "OC Tweaking" feature. not sure if u read the description, but it doesn't do anything towards overclocking...

it could be that you have one or several bent pins in your socket under the CPU... inspect the socket pins carefully under strong light and/or with a magnifying glass.

I'm not quite sure but if I have bent CPU pin on da motherboard, I should have problem when I first put everything together?????? I've been stable since I got it (10/31/2012). I just experienced it 2day frown.gif, Another thing is, I have a hard time when put the computer in sleep, when I tried to wake it up, all I see is black screen, have to hold down pwr button to shut it, then start again frown.gif

try uninstalling all the in-windows overclocking software and then re-flash ur BIOS.

DON'T install the software back again and try the multiplier again ONLY from the BIOS.

you probably already tried this..if not.. :
-turn off your system
-pull out power-cord from PSU
-at the same time press-both CMOS reset and ON button (hold for 30sec)
-turn on the system /load optimized defaults

you can try the same procedure when flashing your BIOS (hope you have them flashed by now)
