Can anybody recommend a good alternative to Formula Drive for fan control? I've lost my patience with FD. Thanks!

USB 3.0's have been perfect on my board. I haven't had 3.0 issues since I gave up on the Asus MIVE. Only thing I'm not pleased with on this board is the software it comes with. Formula Drive can't compare to AI Suite. But the board is great, no complaints.

Can the Z77 OC Formula fit in a CM690 II Advanced case? And I've got some sleeved cables for 24pin atx power and vga ones. Can I still manage to tidy up those cables?

Hi,

I'm reading this thread and can't really find (maybe I'm just blind) any setup of yours with really fast rams.

I looked around and I'm thinking about buying something like these:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/16GB-Kit-G-Skill-TridentX-PC3-20800U-CL10/dp/B0089AIDLQ/ref=sr_1_9?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1360190529&sr=1-9
or
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Team-PC3-20800-2600MHz-10-12-12-31-Channel/dp/B0077BAHVW/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1360190529&sr=1-3

The question is: will them work with the full speed?
Are there any BIOS setups for memory with speeds above 2400MHz?

I'm planing to buy i7 3770K and probably ATI Radeon HD 7970 and to power it using Antec TruePower 1200 OC Edition PSU.

Any hints and advice welcome.

it will work at full speed if you OC them manual which is same from any motherboard out there.. used xmp profile or manual set it to default speed.

I'm having BIOS problems again. In bios everything seemed to reset on me but when I'm in windows and open CPU-Z and it reads 4.8ghz with the voltages I had it set to.

Everything is stable until i decided to improve my overclock going into the bios and without touching anything everything in CPU configuration was back to stock settings.

Anyone else with this problem? I really don't want to reflash bios which fixed the issue until it showed up again
