I have been playing with my 2600C10 kit fora few hours (I got it yesterday, and was focusing on the CPU most of the time), I will put together a little table of what timings, and what cas freqs. are stable, but I will be doing it at 1.82V, 1.2V vtt, 1.2V vttsa

I can say that my CPU has a ram freq wall at like 2740. Which is horrible

That will tend to happen if you have other monitoring apps open, I noticed. Happened in older versions too.

Z77 OC formula beta bios update to 1.42k

1. fixed default c-state issue

2. improved memory training & compatibility , especially Avexir 2800 kits & Corsair 2800 CL11 kits

3. lower the volume of sound effect in bios

So, what size tubing should I use it with? 7/16" x 5/8"?

I'm thinking about ditching the ST and grab one of these badboys. biggrin.gif Thank you.

+1 thumb.gif

I was going to mention this ;p

Can it not be off by default?

Also, can you investigate keeping profiles between BIOS flashes (I can understand that there might be incompatibilities, but should not be an issue any more, BIOS seems mature)?

7/16 ID is to big. You probably need 3/8 ID 1/2 OD. But then again, it is not needed unless you planning some serious OC'ng.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm planning on adding it to the existing loop. But man, if only I'd known that this M/B was coming out... I own two ASRock's before this ST; P67 Extreme4 and Z68 Extreme7 Gen3. Time to continue the tradition. lol

U can disable the sound effect in bios .

I can try to keep profiles between bios flashes ...

But it is hard to do . Bcz the difference between 1.0 from 1.4 is huge . options are not the same ...biggrin.gif

Yes, I do! But when you flash a new BIOS at 2AM, the neighbours dont take too kindly ;p

Even between a few versions might make it more 'upgrade' friendly.

@leppie, you can also save your CMOS profiles using the Asrock Formula Drive utility and reload them using the same utility after you have done the BIOS flash.

I haven't paid attention to whether or not I had any other programs open. But thanks, I just wanted to make sure I'm not the only one. wink.gif
