Newegg has it for $55 with a 20 MIR so only $35 AR and free shipping. Was thinking about nabbing it as a spare in case mine ever blows up. Good deal for the money?

It's a solid PSU, I believe its built off the Seasonic M12II design. Its plenty and would handle your sig rig with ease.

So in other words, your sig rig still pulls roughly the same amount of power then.
570 pulls slightly more than a 7970 does. But a 3570k pulls slightly less than a 2700k does. You're still good to go, and you could probably handle SLI 570's or Crossfire 7970's off that unit just fine under typical gaming loads. Even with that Neo Eco 620.

Its a quality PSU, i have used both the 520c and 620. Be aware that it doesn't come with a power cord but if you're using it as a spare, sounds like you wont need it.
NCIX also has the 600W modstream pro for $35 this week, but it has 6A less on the +12 and the rails are split into 25A on each.
In my opinion the 620c is a better choice but a lot of people dig modular for some reason and people with windows on their cases don't like the plain look of the antec.
