EPS12V on ATX12V

I purchased A rosewill 630w PSU as I'm buying the parts to the current PC I'm working on one part at a time.

The last of my parts come tuesday/wednesday this week, so I started putting it together.

When plugging in my power supply, I noticed my motherboard (link) has an ATX12V 8 pin connection.

My PSU has 2 atx12v 4 pin connections, and they clip together as an EPS12V.


What would I be plugging in? a single 4 pin on the bottom side? (motherboard manual lists the top 4 pins as GND or GND (only for 2x4pin 12v).

2x 4pin = 8pin, plug them both together into your motherboard connector
