Damn.... Okay thanks. To double check, the molex connector is the large rectangular black one(that looks like it has 2 out of 4 pins) that plugs into the PSU? I have a multimeter, but its not at the house....
Any other suggestions?

I still cant believe that plugging in/out the fan would break a H100, but i guess its the only viable solution.
