no. you need something alot more powerful than that. get a used gtx 460 pr 470 from the market place. and heat or power wont be an issue because physx cards dont draw full load.


460 is overkill. A gts250(9800gtx+) or gtx260 are fine for dedicated physx.

What about a regular 9800 gtx (non +) or 9800 GT? I don't know how Nvidia names their cards (gts, gtx, gt, ect) so I am a bit confused.
