if you're concerned about the heat your pump is producing, a heatsink is a good way to reduce it.

On my res the pumps mount up top. Might pick up the heat sinks with my next order.

I'll grab a couple of the swiftech heatsinks and see how they fit. Since my loop is already filled, will I need to take the pumps apart or anything or do they just screw into the back?

The instructions (I don't have mine yet so I do not have personal experience) show they mount to the two holes in the bottom, not the holes that mount the top. Should be no need to take the pump apart.

Yea, the swifty heatsink mounts onto two accessory holes (on all swifty ddc pumps) with the thermal pad, and it has these spider legs that it sits on lol.
