That comic makes me sad, I too loved their games until recently.

I love this game and still replay it sometimes. It's a great RPG.

And EA destroys yet another company. I cannot believe the company which created the POS Dragon Age II is the same company that made BG, BG2, and the excellent DA:O. Simply ruined by electronic arts. RUINED.

There is nothing left except for bioware to just die, hurry up and end it please.

Every single game studio that EA has ever purchased, has turned to garbage. Remember Bullfrog? Maxis? Westwood? Good lord, this is making me hate EA thinking about it. Bioware is another casualty of EA.

well that's what happens when DA:O took almost 7 years to see the light of day and since it sold relatively well EA demands a sequel and gives the studio 7 months to make the game.

I wonder what they plan on doing now. Both of them have MDs so they could go back into practice if they wanted to, but it would be pretty cool if they invested in some smaller studio to give them a boost.

Probably not going to happen. This quote from Greg tells us about all we need to know. EA burned them out and destroyed their love for the company and for gaming and they wanted to jump ship before it was to late.

I don't care about the politics behind the scene, I only care about the final product. DA2 really soured me on bioware, the game was just unbelievably bad - the entire game consists of rehashed dungeons and one city from start to finish. It really is quite pathetic. And when I say rehashed dugeons - you literally will run the same dungeons/locales with different enemies over and over.

Ya, way to abandon a sinking ship you sellouts. I hope no one in the industry ever let you touch another video game company. Sold a great company to what you had to have known, the worst damn company in the history of video games, right above Activision, and now you're pretending like EA destroying Bioware isn't the reason?
