I'm not sure how it is with other, but with my Microsoft Flight SImulator X I can fly Arcade-like. All you really need is the ailerons, rudder, elevators, and throttle, which you can map onto almost all joysticks. If you set the realism all to the easiet, it is very easy to fly.
