Cisco 2801 freezes after loading of IOS

I know this isnt a cisco specific forum, but I'd thought I would ask anyways.

Tried multiple IOS versions, ranging from ipadventerpise to ipbase with no luck. It seems to freeze @ this:

GIO FPGA version 0x128
c2801 processor with 131072 Kbytes of main memory
Main memory is configured to 64 bit mode with parity disabled

Just got a 12.3-11 spservicek9 to load...? does 2801 128MB of default dram not enough to load most recent images?
