SSD (vertex 2) Dead? Need assistance

So I just purchased a new case, looking epic, got everything setup nicely. Straight swap from old case to the new. Now, a week before that, I got a new CPU and Motherboard, but everything went smoothly, reinstalled the os again, no dramas at all.

I got my wc loop setup in the new case and it was fine. I then booted the system, after transferring everything into the new case and everything seemed fine. Working well, and after about 5 mins or so, it just stops working. Click on the start menu (using winblows) and a grey box appears where the start bar was. It's pretty much just unresponsive, I keep waiting to see what happens, and it blue screens. It says stuff about writing it to disk and about a disk error, I can't remember exactly, I can find out again soon. Then the computer restarts, I go into bios, and no SSD. I restart again and go into bios and the SSD is there. It's essentially a 1 week old install of windows. This all started happening after I got the new case.

I've tried:
Clearing the CMOS
Swapping sata cables and sata power cables
Using different/new sata cables
Kicking it
Swearing at it

The only thing I haven't done is tried the hdd on a different computer, or reinstalling OS, but I don't think that would help. I'm kinda out of ideas at the moment, and any help at all would be greatly appreciated. I did also notice the bios for the SSD is a few versions old, but it did work before I got the case, so I don't see how that would hurt it that much.

Could it be that my ssd is dead? I have no problem with sending it back for RMA, it's got a 3 year warranty? and it's only 1.5 years old.

Regards,
XAnarchy

I just had a look at the lights on the SSD, when it boots, it boots with just the green LED, then after 5 mins or so, the red and green leds are on. Not entirely sure what that means, but I'll have a look, i'm pretty sure she's dead.

Anyone think they'll send me a vertex 3/4 as a replacement lol
