ASUS PB278Q popping up in Australian web stores

The ASUS PB278Q, which is an upcoming 27" 1440p PLS display, has begun to show up in Australian stores. Here it is available for about $590 AUD excl. GST, which is about $615 USD. That seems like a pretty good deal to me.

According to a video by Republic of Gamers, which had a unit to test, it has a full LED array backlight (although I somewhat doubt that's completely true). It also appears that it has a semi-glossy display, which would put it ahead of some HP monitors. A monitor like this at $600 price range seems great.

I've been waiting for this; I'm looking forward to seeing some reviews. The pricing seems to be very reasonable. I hope it doesn't take as long to show up in the U.S. as the U2713hm is.

Wow that is £406 in Christian money the Korean firms will have to drop their prices or lose the market
