Now turn the PSU fan around so it's intaking air like real world PSUs do and you will getting close. wink.gif

Move front top exhuast to 3 optical bays directly in front of HSF and you will be golden. biggrin.gif

Is there no possible way for you to have more than one case fan? I really think that your temps are going to be so much worse than necessary with just one fan... The case needs to have an airflow direction, and while I am not familiar with this case, I can't imagine that any case is "good enough" with one fan...

Even if they are cheap fans, they will be a vast improvement. So, say, $10 or less per fan.
Then have it setup as:
- Front Intake
- Bottom Intake
- Side Intake
- Rear Exhaust
- Top Exhaust

That's 4 fans, which means $40 or less, although I would consider using a PCI slot blower fan to exhaust the hot GPU air or blow in cooler air for the GPU, as your card dumps heat in the case and you have a serious dead spot in the lower-Rear quarter of the case...

Some Scythe Slipstream 1900rpm 110cfm fans for vertical mounts @ $9ea and some inexpensive dual ball bearing fans for horizontal mounting with at least 70cfm each at full speed. I can name a number of such fans, but I don't know what you're preference for noise is.

Just remember: for every 10C you can drop the average operating temperature of a component, you double its lifespan and reduce voltage leak/degradation by half. I believe that money spent now saves much more money later.
