Dayton SUB1200, BIC Formula F12, and Polk PSW505. Those are the three best subs at or under $200. The BIC Formula should dip lower than 35Hz without too much issue, I believe its actually tuned right around 35Hz, so it should dip somewhere into the high 20's in the right environment. The Dayton is solid, but its more of a budget sub than anything, and I would pick the BIC or Polk over it anyday.
