Today I woke up to find that I could not join Battlelog as it said I needed to purchase BF3 to be able to access Battlelog.
After talking to EA Chat Support, this is what I got:
"I have checked your account and found that your account is ban by our security team.
The reason for the ban is using a cheat engine to modify their server calls."
So I went ahead and called their EA Support phone in Spain, the explanation they gave me was I used some kind of hack without even installing a Fifa game to re-sell the game. I mean seriously? How is this even possible?
I was told this is coming from a higher up support and there's nothing they can do, so they literally told me to screw my self and lose all my Origin games, including Battlefield 3. The funny part is I haven't played Fifa in over 2 months, I just recently added the Fifa 13 demo to my account but didn't even finish downloading it..
The only programs I have ever used while gaming that have an Overlay are Steam, Origin, MSI Afterburner, and DXTory to record my gameplays.
I feel like an idiot for buying games like Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 3 Premium, yet be banned for something I have not done. They even told me it had nothing to do with me playing Fifa, but modifying some server files, I feel like EA is laughing at me right now.
I am writing this in hope that some higher up employee from EA reads this and helps me out. I am completely lost on what to do.
Edit:
In case an EA Staff member sees this by any chance, my case number is 05466150, hope it is solved soon.
Edit:
It looks like I am not alone: http://forum.ea.com/uk/posts/list/1930595.page
Many other people affected by the same issue, same ban, same reason given by EA.
Edit:
Here are a lot more:

And also grabbed a lot of attention on Facebook, there seems to be MANY people affected with this:
