Isn't that a bit light? Amazon states the shipping weight is 2.00 lbs, but I've always thought GPUs + their boxes and stuffing were a bit heavier than that.

No, i live in socal, Ontario is a city in CA. mine is out for delivery and also says 3 lbs for shipping weight. i get off work at 5, itll have been delivered by then. so, ill confirm then.
