Need some advice on memory errors - 64gb of Corsair Dominator GT 1866 - Page 6

That and if I'm not mistaken, the memory is running at 1333MHz, unless you are running it at it's rated 1866MHz?

I've had the same issues with Corsair Vengeance sticks,
i have 2x4gb sticks and the motherboard automaticly set them for some tighter timings then the modules were rated for.
after i set them to the timings it said on the box i had no BSOD's after that at all.
set the timings to waht it says on the box and test them as the kits they came in.
if you still fail, bump the voltage a bit like eletrocuter said.

i've also have a friend that had ram issues due to a bad motherboard dimm slot.
so make sure to test in all the A slots, then swap your first kit you tested to the B slots to test that.
you can also try to test 1 stick in every dim slot to rule out motherboard issues.

Also someone in here said something about the memory controller, but i think its quite hard to rule that out as that is inside the cpu with the 2nd gen intel Core i7's en i5's

I've already set the speed and timings to the rated specs using the XMP. Its running at 1,866 MHz with 9-10-9-27 timings.

You must have missed the "successful" post above. I got new sticks and ran memtest successfully for 24 hours. Problem solved. It was the memory itself that was bad.

finally that is over..so off i go...

Well I'll be dammed. Same exact problems as the OP, also with a 64GB combo. Kit also purchased from Newegg. Also revision 3.24 kit. I've spent over a week now troubleshooting and I finally managed to isolate the issue to this kit. I almost ended up buying all new video cards thinking that the problem is with my video. Turns out it's bad memory. Time for an RMA with Corsair.

Good luck with the RMA. My experience was great with corsair RMA. Both of my kits were defective, but both replacements worked flawlessly. Easy RMA process also. First rate customer service.
