Best AA mode in CS:S?

What is the best AA mode in CS:S? I have attached a screenshot so you can see the options. My assumption is that lower the option on the list, the better it is? Does this mean 16xQ CSAA is the best?

i use Fxaa in nvidia control panel and have no AA in game and just use AFx16

Force SGSSAA through Inspector.

It's better then any of those options by a loooong shot. And it makes FXAA look like what it is. A blur filter.

Seriously dude. Not even close on this one. If you have the grunt to run it it provides literally perfect image quality.
