Absolutely no reason Apple should not be paying taxes. If I am serving in the military AND paying taxes so should they. Wow that pisses me off. No wonder they have so much money. They have to finish dealing with HTC before they can worry about Samsung. HTC has a good chance of getting beating Apple, since Apple's going for a long shot technicality. Apple most likey will be unable to invalidate HTC's LTE patents.
