Who cares what the advertising says? PR lies, big news.
Not necessarily, actually, if the iPhone5s GPU is strong in shader power but weak in vRAM bandwidth then it'd struggle at higher resolutions, similar to the GTX 680 vs the HD7970, normally the HD7970 trails slightly behind but due to its superior vRAM bandwidth it moves ahead in situations that use tonnes of vRAM (Like higher resolutions)

There is a native resolution benchmark page, I think. LG @1280 vs IP5@1140 (or whatever resolution it uses). and no not advertisements, but the boasting of Steelbom biggrin.gif

And the iPhone 5 won on that iirc.

He's repeating the PR, usually Apple says that kind of crap even when they're merely equal like now.

Yes, because it had 20% less pixels to render.

Whether or not the processor is faster adds up to zilch. In the end it's how fast it is in the environment it operates in. We're comparing the phones right?

Hahaha, now they don't realise that it's 5 FPS faster with 20% less pixels to render.

Not sure if you realize we're talking about the LG phone.
