I work/game mainly in a space where I can control the light and usually at night......so I don't think reflections will be a big deal, but yeah I'll have to see it for myself i suppose.

Once I get mine I will set it up next my my glossy CrossOver and take a picture so every one can see how much of a difference there is compared to a regular glossy display.

When you take yours take some photos with the monitor switched on so we can see what kind of glares appears when its working.

Ok nice pics. It glares just like mu phone does. Its not a problem for me. I find this monitor very beautiful. I like the feel of glass. Hopefully my room is semi basement so its dark even during the day. I think monitor suits me. Im thinking of Lg IPS277L. Did you see how easy you can remove the ag fm from it? Like a screen protector from a phone. Lol. Im waiting the reviews and availability in my country along the prices.

mine will arrive tomorrow. if I have time I will set it up and take a few photos as well and give my impressions. I have a light right behind and above me, I usually don't have them on but I will turn them on and see how it looks.

Initially there was some confusion as the pictures and descriptions were very similar for the S2240s and S2340s except that 'glossy' was not mentioned anywhere on the 23" models and some of the pictures gave a sort of matte look. This has now been cleared up and as posted above all of the screens are glossy but only the 24" and 27" versions have the edge-to-edge glass cover.
