The spreadsheet needs more detail in regards to project. You need to add what the run, clone, and gen is. So for me I'm on Project 7647 (65, 1, 116).

There would be way too many entries if that were the case. The difference in every variant of each project would be so small that it wouldn't really matter.

I'm seeing two 7950 similar OCs on the same project with nearly 30k PPD difference. I'm not saying have a person put an entry for every variation they do, but just for future updates. It'd be nice to know which variation #P they did.

And so what if we did? Wasn't the whole point to have a detailed, comprehensive database? Just organize the database more effectively. As long as it's easy to sort through, the amount of data you have isn't an issue.

GPUs seem to act very differently than SMP. I hope you're not entering GPU data into this speadsheet...

w h a t

No, of course not... I'm not even sure how one could manage that.

I simply assumed since there are many variations of a certain project that PPD could vary enough to matter, such as with GPUs.

Thread Starter
CRG don't really impact SMP as much as the P8900/7810/7811 projects on the GPU side of things. Also, it would be fairly tedious to add in at this point seeing as most submissions are already 1 yo and I doubt people would have data on it at this point in time.

I'm thinking the fluctuations are more of an OpenMM thing than a GROMACS thing.

No, no, no. It would clearly be impossible to add CRG to existing entries. I was somewhat saying it like I wish they'd been added, and simultaneously suggesting it be a new thing. I guess if they don't affect SMP as much, then never mind.

So, this thread is dead, or something else exists to replace it?
