Does the dell u2312hm ghost/blur?

I just receivedbthis awesome monitor, and I tried to play torchlight II with it. First thing I noticed: when walking around, objects/npcs which stand still seem to blur/ghost. I'm wondering if this is normal?

Can i access the menu and check if overdrive is on?

I've had mine for many months now and have noticed that there appears to be a bit of ghosting with OD on (the default). It's honestly not that much different from my old Samsung TN (PX2370) monitor in that respect, as you can only expect so much performance from a 60 HZ monitor. My next monitor will definitely be a 120 HZ, but I won't touch TN again with a 10-foot pole.

Where I've noticed greatly most recently is playing L.A. Noire, which is capped at 30 fps. The ghosting trail in borderline horrendous.
