I just bought a bunch of this: http://www.amazon.com/KINGSTON-ValueRAM-Workstation-KVR667D2D8F5-Buffered/dp/B000FDETUY memory off of ebay for some computers I have laying around. The memory I took out of them is DDR2 240 pins (I counted) and the memory I bought is 240 pin (I also counted). The problem is the notch on the new memory seems to be offset by about 4 pins, making it impossible for it to fit. I thought all ddr2 memory had the same pin/notch configuration? What am I missing here?
