OK

Got everything set up, and the pictures are coming... just having some upload issues with my hosting server. they'll be sorted this week

Update:
RAID Array set up
Windows installed
I've been running into some stability issues and some heat issues but they will be resolved by weeks end. i have the Swiftech NB cooler on it's way to deal with that (speedfan reported 127 degrees on the AUX!! i think its' an error though. but it's still too hot to touch.) I think the NB caused the stability problems. and a BIOS update is needed. Also i have more CAT5e arriving on friday, to fix that up, so i can git'r online and finally some real AS5 rather than the stock stuff, so i can put it on the NB and the CPU. Otherwise it's great! the RAID array setup fine (eventually) and i can clock to 2.9 fairly easily under 1.4V.

Current Clock: 9*334 = 3.006GHz @ 1.3875 Vcore RAM in 1:1 for the moment.
Running SUPER PI 1M in 17 secs

Also i have one fan disabled on my rad which i will hook up tonight. but i'm not pushing anything too hard till the NB cooler arrives. don't wanna burn anything out. I hope to scrape the underside of 4 GHZ if i can get'r that far. i will likely run it at 3.6 though

Edit: BTW the GFX on the 8800 are pretty impressive compared to myold 5500 OC, and that's just stock
Also the HD 555's are magic! and they run very nicely on the X-FI Xtreame Music

The title of the thread doesn't even say "Tsunami Liquid Cooled Computer".
So how is the OP violating the trademark?

By the way, here's the company found on Industry Canada. Link
The link for their site shows that their account has been suspended.:***:

Rofl... Not even going to start with this post. I'm pretty sure if other companies gave a damn about trademarks this site would have been shut down long ago. Go start BS elsewhere. Also, L2spell regiStered.

I love that capitolizing there, 30 year olds... and still can't spell? And, the name of the thread, in case you didn't know, is Tsunami Build Log. That's nothing close to Tsunami Liquid Cooled High Performance Computers Inc. And, FYI, you cannot tell somebody not to use Tsunami in there post/thread. That's like saying "I trademarked "X" so nobody in the computer industry can use "X" in there name or products. Ever." Tsunami isn't a word you invented and it's in the dictionary. Thus, anybody can use it, without, of course, infringing the Trademark or Copyright of a company. Nobody can use Team Xtreem anymore since it's registered but they can still use the "X" in it.

Thanks for making me write that, Mr. Genius.

[OCN] Ninja_Boy ~ Proven wrong by a twelve year old, amazing.

Dear F***tard,

I hereby recognize your notice of infringement of copyright and would like to direct you to the copyright board and office, with whom i invite you to file a formal complaint and follow through with all proceedings. Upon receipt of a formal and notarized statement of suit i will consider a tweak in Project Tsunami's name. Might I add, i own a business of my own, also a PC import/export front and i have yet to charge anyone with copyright infringement for the use of the word 'Solutions' or 'Computing' two elements of my registered business name. (I also have an active account which is more than most can say for you.) If you feel that Project Tsunami is still infringing after you've had a nights sleep, a chance to sober up and all the LSD out of your system, and you do decide to file papers, be assured i will file relevant papers for your excessive use of the word 'Computing' as it clearly belongs to me.

Sincerely,
The guy who could cause you some serious headaches should you decide not to reconsider.
