Not that I like getting into this kind of BS, but this is beyond stupid.

Really why must idiots take out their rage on the whole U.S. when it was only a few people that made/released the video that started this?

Really can't say much more without going far beyond the rules. As the whole situation deals with religion. But as a whole it just seems stupid, the majority get punished for a few peoples doings, and it's the same for just about any other protest such as this ( or the Sony hacking, when PSN was down and everyone was SOL for 2 months ) and others. If they really want to help their cause, hack youtube and take down the video, not hack gaming/hardware companies/sites.

well I see their point. They are frustrated that Prophet Muhammad was insulted. But Why hack Asus website?!!!

Instead they could have taken the Movie/Video down -_-

Probably some teenage armchair Jihadist, basically the Muslim equivalent of Anonymous.

Locking this one, too. It is simply not possible to discuss this without bringing religious or political discussion into it. With that said, please do not keep posting these threads. If you see any, report them please.

This so much. If they really wanted to do any good, they should of attempted to hack youtube and take the video down, not a site that has nothing to do with the situation.

This has been my gripe during this whole thing as well. Somehow, they seem to think that since a small group released a video, the entirety of the US population was involved and helped in some way.

It's just irritating as hell to watch all this stuff go down.
