I want to replace the casing for this 3 pin male. How do I remove the pins from it without damaging the pins?

If you're lucky you might be able to push the pins through the housing from the opposite side to where the wires are connected. It's very easy to break off the wires if you try that.

Failing that gently heat up the heatshrink with a lighter and cut it off then use a soldering iron to desolder the wires from the connector and resolder to the new connector.

Can you post a pix of the connector?

Usually, there are tiny slits exposing the terminals on one side that allows a paper clip end to assist in pressing down the terminal flange locks and then a slight pull on the wire to remove the terminals out of the connector.

That's for the female side - it's the male side - which I've found is Soldered on - which is the side I'm thinking of...
