CMSTORM Quick Fire keys fading.

There are several users, including myself that own these keyboards. Which most have voiced that they like the keyboard.
However, there is a handful of us experiencing fading keys. As in the printing of the letters. This is on keyboards not that old. From as little as ~3months to year or more.
Is there a way for us to get replacements, if under normal warranty period? A way to order replacement keys that are "Laser Etched" as stated on the product description in the CMStore?

Yes, I and other have thought about that. But for some boards being so new, shouldn't have fading like this IMO.
