Swiftech has excellent open chamber blocks...but I don't know if they are any better than non-open chambered blocks.

***EDIT

I take that back, it appears only some of their chipset and vga blocks are open chamber...looking for other options.

***Second EDIT

I can't seem to find anything current on open chamber blocks...I'm assuming this is due to the performance of nozzle'd and non-open chambered blocks.

Nice looking block.. If you left it rough in the chamber it might cause a little more turbulence, might cool a little better...Have you seen fstfrddy's work-log yet? You might enjoy it....Homemade Water Block - Overclock.net - Overclocking.net

Why do you want just a plain chamber?
