A Fridge won't cool a computer, I Can't assess the website but i'll assume that this is a Phase change unit right? They're loud, expensive, and difficult to find.

You can get small dorm-sized mini fridges on the cheap at any major store. Seems like the way to go to me. Looks like that is the route the person in the video went too.

The piping can be pulled from a cars braking system, like the video said. But if money is no object then I supposed you could just buy all that from an HVAC supplier.
