Few problems with new build computer...

Okay guys this is my rig.

I7 3770k
Noctua dh14
msi z77 gd 65
16 gb ram
samsung ssd 830, 2x 1tb hdd
EVGA Geforce GTX 680
Corsair 600t
Corsair ax 850w

Problems I have is first, the mouse scrolling, I have a Deathadder from razer and every time i try to scroll up on an internet explorer, either the normal one , mozilla, chrome on anything the mouse page goes up but then down again real fast. It pisses me off... so it's like you go up and back down really fast and your at the same spot when scrolling up or sometimes lower..

Second problem is the most annoying of all. When I'm gaming at random times I just lose GPU connection or something I don't know. I'll describe to you what happens as i'm not sure myself.
Basically when I'm playing at random times sometimes it takes long sometimes its 2-3 times after eachother that it occurs that my screen turns black and says no HDMI connection, then a second later i get back on my desktop and then another second or 2 later it automatically returns me in the game. This is so annoying because all games I play is an instant death and this really pisses me off. I got good hardware and this crap shouldn't be happening at all.
Someone help me out here please.
Thanks in advance.

I am not expert but you must have last drivers of your mouse updated to run all features and correct function of deathadder.
I had a Lg 17' and play for 5 years or more all right and later have problems like you, black screen and i had to disconnect and connect vga to work well but after 1 month never worked again..

For your mouse, it is probably a firmware or driver issue. Razer has THE worst drivers, and they will constantly cause problems for people.

The video card might be due to voltage issues, a bios issue, or a driver issue.

First, try to plug in different 6 pin connectors to the card. If that does not work, flash your BIOS to the latest version so that you can be absolutely sure you are setting your BIOS back to default settings. If that doesn't work, uninstall the drivers for your GPU COMPLETELY. Install the very first driver for the GTX 680 and then update it to the most current driver.

Hopefully that will do the trick.

Don't know if I missed something, but have you tried your mouse and monitor with different computers?

I would like to emphasize Razer drivers being horrible. Are ur razer drivers up to date completely? the nvidia drivers?

I don't think the problem would lay in your monitor being 720p, but it never hurts to rule out the possibility of the monitor being faulty by trying another and see if the problem persists.

well my guess would be the 6 or 8 pins to molex cable that came with the gpu isnt so good my molex from psu doesnt fit or click into the molex that came with the gpu so I probably forced it in since it was the same socket.
