Need Help Finding a PSU for This MOBO?

Intel (S5000PSLSAS) Motherboard is the MOBO I have. I got this server beast for free, would like to power it and set up a WHS w/ SSD and HDD RAID. This would be awesome but I cannot find a PSU for it.

Also, there is a 24, 4 and 8 pin... Is the 4 pin for PCI and the 8 pin for CPU?

Those are not PCI slots but PCIe (the black ones) and that is an ATX 4pin CPU connector. The board should work perfectly fine with a standard EPS power supply (one with sufficient CPU connectors, meaning an EPS 8pin and an ATX 4pin).
