Need to power:

Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3
16gb Corsair Vengeance
I7 2700k @ 4.5GHZ
BluRay Drive
SSD
2.5" HDD
Imon VFD
1 120mm fan
2 NF-P14 140mm fans
Multiple usb/usb3 devices

As for GPU I havent picked one yet, I will mostlikely go for something like a 6850 but might crossfire it later on down the line

So will 650w be enough for all the above? I will only buy a quality modular PSU

Yes, 650w seem good enough even for Xfired 6850's/6870's. Just be sure to pick a good PSU, check this list for some options in case you haven't.

there are many other brands out there 1 of them is seriously over priced namely enermax but corsair is following that trend with seasonic not far behind
