Stay with the i5 even if you can't OC, it's still better/the same and uses less power and makes less heat.
Didn't tell him to get a "K" version. Was just pointing it out there INCASE OP wants to overclock.
But yes do stick with the i5. Stock i5 is better than AMD 8150

Please choose one option for gaming performance...

1. exchange ur i5 2310 and H61 mobo with Amd fx4xxx Black edition with costly oc mobo
or
2. exchange ur i5 2310 and H61 mobo with Amd fx8120 with regular little oc mobo...
or
3. Stay on Intel i5 2310...

intel i5 k series are not available in my region....and also costly out of budget...
and i will upgrade my Gpu ati 6870 in next year for now Choose one option...

Just to clear up your "options" here.....

1) FX41xx with a costly motherboard could be a good option. However the FX41xx series chips perform roughly on par with i3 Intel's. So yeah, downgrade on the CPU there.

2) The FX8120 is a solid processor, but putting it on a "regular little mobo", likely means a 3 or 4 phase board that'll catch on fire with that chip, or throttle it to hell and back. In other words, this is a HORRIBLE idea.

3) Yeah, just stick with what you got. You should have saved more money for your upgrade in the first place and done it right. You're coming from a 1055T if I remember right, and I assume you had a half decent motherboard at the time (if you didn't, then that's probably why you had issues with your 1055T to begin with).

Long story short, you need to learn to do your research BEFORE you go buy something. Getting something that's a REALLY NICE upgrade from a previous higher end setup is going to cost some money. Being prepared for that would have helped you ten fold.
