Using Fiber Cloth to remove dust from PC - is it safe?

Thread Starter
Is it safe to use a fiber made for removing dust inside your PC? General plastic surfaces, on the GPU (not the core) and so on? Don't remember, but thought I heard somewhere that they can give out static electricity so I'm a bit unsure. Don't have any canned air available at the moment either.

Or you can go to a hardware store and buy Pressurized Air canisters they are quite cheap, and there is also rechargeable ones.
