SFX PSU for GTX 580? - Page 5

Again, power is not an issue.... you've simply picked a poorly designed case for such a system. In the end, if you want that case no matter what, just go with it... how bad can it be? smile.gif
If you set up the radiator's fan as an intake, you'll be dumping all the heat inside the case, essentially sabotaging yourself.... if you're setting it up as an exhaust you'll be fighting convection (not desirable but it's not gonna' kill your setup either).... not much else you can do with that case.

Indeed, in fact as far as I am aware the FT03-Mini has only one fan mount on the bottom that accepts a 140mm fan. It relies on positive pressure and will not accept an exhaust fan.

I think the OP's intention is to use the included AP141 Air Penetrator as push and the 120mm fan from the kit as pull, but I doubt that setup would fit in the case given the thickness of the radiator. Even if it did, the counterspun grill of the AP141 makes it a poor choice for radiators as it increases resistance and reduces static pressure. In any case I would have reservations whether even the double 120mm setup included with that GPU would work -- that radiator looks to be at least as thick as the Antec Kuhler 920 and the FT03-Mini is quite tiny to begin with. I know an H80 will fit but it doesn't exactly leave room to spare...

Actually it doesn't, the card alone is too large for the case... nvm the radiator... the OP didn't do his homework.... what a pointless discussion....

Aha! I forgot the FT03-Mini only supports cards up to 10" -- what a letdown.
