Hey guys,
I was given three HP w2207 monitors for free that had some issues and I was hoping maybe you guys could shed some light on the situation. What is happening with these is that the back light cuts out when ever it is hooked up to any computer. When Its not the backlight will stay on for hours. I tested this by unhooking the data cable between the mainboard and the actual screen and had the backlight on for 3 hours without even so much as a flicker. Also when the light goes out i can unhook it and the backlight cuts on immediately. Kinda weird.
