Yes, this is the exact memory I got and it works.

And the IPMI is quite nice, but I'm interested to ask you about one thing (once you get yours running). My IPMI sensor reading for CPU temp just says "low" but without an actual degree reading like all other sensors. Noctua NH-D14.

Follow-up, went together without a hitch. FWIW board shipped with BIOS 2.0a. Here's a quick inventory with links:

@Mudboat, I see the same thing, CPU Temp reads "low" in BIOS and the sensors page of IPMIview:
