Its a Russian cd key. These are called "gray market cd keys" I don't support these sites personally. Its not like we get raped on pc games in the US. I don't see the need to use these sites. Especially with what some of us spend on hardware. You might as well support your hobby.

I wouldn't call it legit. It's unlikely they'll be revoked and you'll lose your game, but these appear to be "extra" or "unallocated" keys. In the future if one is allocated, the new owner will get quite a surprise - it'll already be in use!

It's worth paying full price and supporting the devs. Borderlands & B2 are great games; original, innovative, and fun, which are 3 words that are sorely lacking from video gaming at this time. Obvs this isn't 100% "legit" because the game is still 60 bucks on Steam.

guys its a "Legit" copy, but its just a copy made for Russians or another country. The only reason games are $60 in america is because that's what we will pay, but in say Russia or some 3rd world country they will not pay that much and the devs know that, so they get keys sold in their countries for much less.
