I think they are running strong. For the CPU, I haven't messed with overclocking beyond a couple .x, so I couldn't tell you what it's capable of.

i doubt you can sell windows unless its BNIB. against the TOS i think.

I've looked over the rules and I believe selling an unused, retail version of Windows 7 Home Premium is totally fine and abides. It isn't OEM software, it comes with the 'media' (DVDs) and case, and it has no stipulation about not being allowed to resell it on the packaging.
