Settle for nothing less. This is THE PSU to buy in this price range, and a ton of room for upgrades, even Crossfire and RAID Raptors, etc. I would always say buy near the top of your PSU budget to get the best you can, as it can migrate from rig to rig. In the <$130 range, there isn't really a PSU that can best this one for all around performance, reliability, and raw power.

^^Not really, the PCP&C is better

The PCP&C has a single 49a rail, OCZ 50a-ish quad rails

Single rail>quad rail

Thread Starter
how is this ocz power supply?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341001

possibly a lot better than the silverstone

SILVERSTONE SST-ST50EF ATX12V 500W Power Supply 90 - 264 V - Retail

im really thinking about gettin something with 600w 500 seems like im cutting it real close and leaving no options for future upgrades.

I would take the Corsair over that OCZ

As long as you're not going to run the 8800GTX(s) in SLI then any 500w-600w is fine
