using my sig rig, i have updated my nvidia drivers from 301.42 to the currently latest 306.23 drivers using my GTX 480 2-way SLI setup.
Before the update, i am familiar with playing BF3 at1080p, AA off and post processing off, everything else ultra and AF x16.
using the 301.42 drivers I used to get 95~99% GPU usage on both cards getting 80~140 FPS, i was happy with that.
then the 306.23 drivers got released and i thought i'd give them a try.... after updating my drivers and while playing BF3 i started noticing decrease performance
I started getting 40~70%% GPU usage on both cards and started getting 50~75 FPS you can call that decent but i was not happy with the performance decrease
I need to fix this so i went back downloaded and installed the 301.42 drivers, restarted my rig and ran BF3
my GPU usage is back to 95~99% and i started getting my lovely FPS back
so prove my situation... i have ran 3dmark 11 once using the 306.23 drivers and once using the 301.42 drivers. and here are the results...

my physx was getting crushed for what ever reason with those 306.23 drivers..
I wanted to share this with OCN, maybe someone is experiencing a similar situation. please share your experience from where you have updated to the 306.23 drivers
