What speed fans? You want quiet or are you going for records?

Actually, not sure that it matters that much.

The UT60 edges out the XT45 by 20 deg C at 2200 RPM. But that is 360 vs 360. the smaller rad has a lot less surface area. Without any data to compare I'd guess that the 360 will outperform the 240 at any reasonable fan speed.

You are reading the chart wrong, that is not 20°C, it is 20W at a 10°C water - air delta.

OP - given the same type and speed of fans there are not many 240 rads that can beat a 360. You would do better with the larger rad.
