So every few months I try to give a brief update to everyone, on the status of products, new things, etc. So here we go!
- First off, quite happy to say that since we re-designed the reservoirs in March to use the new o-ring seals for the cathode shells in both cylinder and bay reservoir models, we've had just one RMA'd product for an unrelated problem!
- We did release cases a month ago, which are available online now. The cases are fully customizable, and should you have any questions feel free to contact me. There is a special form that I have prepared for a buyer to fill out should they purchase one, that allows you to enter all customization options. So once the case is purchased, you can choose all options for colors of individual pieces, switch types, and whatnot.
- Liquid Fusion X4 reservoirs are now available directly through me. They have remained the same price, but have been upgraded to use the o-ring seal light tube.
- Fusion Dual Bay reservoirs have had a slight design change. They now use a 3/8" faceplate for added strength. This additional 1/8" depth, allows us to get rid of the little mounting piece that screws into the side of the reservoir. Now, the reservoir has threaded mounting holes on the side to screw in directly from the side of the drive bay. Makes for easier install, and a lot cleaner appearance on the reservoir.
- If you currently have an order with us and its taking a little longer than usual, I do apologize about that. Broke some ribs a few weeks back and missed more time than I was willing to part with. We are almost completely caught up, and then order time frames will go back to normal.
