Still not able to understand how they're pushing these so hard, this could possibly be rendered on PC though but consoles will probably look close to what's represented in this video as they don't spend much time on creating ports especially PC ports rather than the original.
It looks great, hopefully It fulfills the hype.

Scale the texture and overall resolution down to below or barely at 720p
Does look great though. Good to see EA making use of Frostbite in more games. Gives them a powerful in house engine

Hehe indeed, these systems are holding the next generation of gaming back but hey! let them push It how far they wish to and let the console gamers relish in their console games, I play exclusive from time to time and they are great fun, to bad a lot of them lack AA, Killzone 3 looks horrendous with It's low amount of AA and low resolution but let them enjoy what they have.

Next gen systems should have hardware close to PC hardware about two or three generations older, seeing what they are capable of now Is outstanding, but we should be seeing PC Exclusive game developers, they'll be something amazing and PC hardware will be able to shine!

Take that video, remove AA and AF, drop the FPS down to around 30, drop the rez to BELOW 720p, probably nerf the textures, as well as LOD, and yea, it makes sense.

Also its a console - they code directly to hardware, not through APIs like DX and windows.

I was playing it on PC last night. It looks good for the most part but I'm not playing on 1080p. I don't know how they are or how to answer your question but some of the cut scenes look pretty amazing and others look alright at best
