Ok, I guess I've been too nice and too gentle.

 

I strongly recommend, advise, or maybe I even demand that you stop overclocking until you are able to see the actual core voltage in Windows.  Until then, revert back to stock.  I refuse to help any further until we are able to see the actual core voltage in Windows.

 

To everyone else:  if you want to assist him, then that's your decision.  Be my guest.  However, you all need to be aware that he is not able to see the actual core voltage in Windows, and therefore the overclocking is being done blindly.  Take your chances with his system if you want, but I refuse to continue with this any further until we are able to see the actual core voltage in Windows.

 

This is no different than not being able to see your core temps and continuing to overclock anyway, except this is worse because we don't know what your voltage is!

This is no different than not being able to see your core temps and continuing to overclock anyway, except this is worse because we don't know what your voltage is!

Well I did write that I put vcore to offset 0Mv and stock speed.

But it did not help regarding the Memory Channel temperature It's still 90c+ while my core temperature is under 60c in Prime95

95°C is 203°F.  Touch your memory modules.  Do they feel like they're at 203°F?  How hot do they feel to you?

I'll do that later today, but is it 100% certain that temperature is the memory modules?
In hwinfo64 they are under Intel CPU, As you can see 95c after 8minutes of Prime95 Blend on memory

Going by what he said, I would ignore this reading.  To be very honest, I would even stop using HWiNFO and use the magic combination of CPU-Z and Real Temp.

I can now confirm it's impossible to read correct vcore value on the Sapphire P67.

I own 2 Sapphire P67 motherboard, one has a Intel Pentium G620 installed and the other one has this 2500k.
Clean install windows7 still shows way too low vcore on both motherboards.

And no I'm not running this 2500k at 3.4ghz if you guys think that, instead I'll run it at 1.49v@4.4ghz maybe more as long as temps are under 85c on Max core smile.gif

Since you don't know what the actual core voltage is while you're in Windows, I recommend leaving it at stock.  Otherwise, you could end up killing the CPU.

Thanks for youre consideration, I already had a Intel i5 quad 3.4ghz which is equivalent to 2500k.
I really need to stop my CPU bottlenecking my cards, I'll take my chances with not knowing my vcore in windows7

Hopefoly the mermory temperature is a bug, to be 100% sure while I bench Prime95 Blend I'll touch the memory modules to be sure they are not 90+celsius

Looks like even with AVX the Prime Blend is 6-10c less heat producing then Linpack?
