What settings should I use for my G400?

Thread Starter
At the moment I have it set to

Windows pointer speed is 6/11
Mouse DPI is at 3600
Polling rate is 1000

I haven't done anything to acceleration yet. Because the DPI is so high, I tend to set the sensitivity low in game. Is there anything else I need to do?

Thanks

Actually I reccomend setting your DPI to 800 or 1800, because this will make the cursor less jittery.
And EPP off ofcourse

The mouse works best under 800DPI and the sweet spot seems to be 400DPI. The mouse seems to gather jitter and accuracy starts to fall above that.

What you want to do is the reverse of what you are doing - set the DPI low and the sensitivity high.

Native dpi is 800.

Here's mine at varying DPIs.800 is ideal, though, I don't find that there is a noticeable lack of precision between 800 and 1600, but there definitely is at 3600.

Keep windows sensitivity at 6/11 always, and EPP off.
