Hey man, sorry I disappeared tonight, had to help a friend with a flat tire.  If you leave TV enabled, I can do it from work tomorrow if you haven't got it fixed yet, up to you.

Code:
HFM.NET v0.9.1.595

Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1

User preferences failed to initialize. The user.config file is likely corrupt. Start with the '/r' switch to reset the user preferences.

Exception Thrown:

Seems that your config is borked. Uninstall HFM via (Add/Remove) Programs, and delete the HFM folder at:
C:\Users\Robert\AppData\Roaming\

and delete the harlam357 folder at:
C:\Users\Robert\AppData\Local\

Reboot, and reinstall the latest version. There is a problem in your config file, and it's best to just wipe it and start over. When you upgraded to v0.9.1, it kept the same corrupt config file, which is why upgrading didn't resolve the issue. Let me know if this works for you, or if you need further help. I can always script it out if need be.

EDIT:
Slow day at work. Here is an automated script if you like. Just copy and paste it into notepad, save it as HFM_0.9.1_Uninstall.bat (or anything else you want, as long as it has the .bat extension) and run it. Will fully uninstall it for you.
Code:
@ECHO OFF
MsiExec.exe /X{F57DD917-E117-4FBC-A9BF-906871271ED4} /qb!
IF EXIST "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\HFM" RD /S /Q "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\HFM"
IF EXIST "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\harlam357" RD /S /Q "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\harlam357"
IF EXIST "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\HFM.NET" RD /S /Q "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\HFM.NET"
ECHO "HFM.NET uninstall was successful! Your computer will Reboot in 10 Seconds."
SHUTDOWN -R -T 10
PAUSE
