New Problem OC fx6100 on Gigabyte 970A-UD3

So I built this computer going on 2 weeks now, I've been testing different overclocks to see which is the best and stable.

For the past week I've been running my FX6100 at 4.62GHZ stable. The motherboard is a Gigabyte 970A-UD3, latest Bios

Below are what I used,

Clock Ratio x19 = 4617MHZ
CPU NB Auto
Bus 243
HT x11
Turbo - Disabled
Memory at 6.66 = 1619 MHz

Did up the voltage for the cpu NB and HT and the CPU and it ran stable on prime95 at no more than 55c.

So for a week nothing went wrong, everything was good. So i got bored of not overclocking, so i tried a new set up and tried to get the CPU NB up to around 3000mhz as I saw someone else do it. After this, my computer wouln't post. So I took out the MB battery for 30 seconds, put it back, booted up and i got into the bios and put back all my settings.

I put the same settings, still stable but only problem is that if i put the computer to sleep, when it wakes, the Bus and multiplier go crazy on both CPU-Z and Core Temp.

For some reason after it wakes, it starts to idle at 1.7ghz, then just doing normal things like Google Chrome, CPU-Z shows the bus speed going up to 300 or down to 170, changing the cpu clock from around 1.7 to 5.2ghz.

Also after the wake, when bench-marking or prime95, only some cores are 4.6 and others at 3.6. This wasn't an issue before and not an issue if the computer doesn't go to sleep.

Let me know if you need pics or more info. My current solution is to only shut down the computer, not sleep it.

Any suggestions would help

A few screenshots would help.

And for future reference, overclocking the NB on FX processors add no real performance gain.
